TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Low-noise universal scorer blades made by noise absorbing materials. Thanks to the special laser cuts, their form, position and number is possible to obtain a lot of advantages like: vibration free, better cut quality and high noise level reduction.

CORRECT USE OF THE SAW BLADES INSTRUCTIONS:

The saw blade must be perfectly cleaned and suitable for the cutting process you have to do and it shouldn’t show any alterations caused from bumps, other accidents or bad maintenance or sharpening.

The machine spindle must be : - perfectly straight and balanced - with the same diameter of the saw blades bore and in accordance to H7 tolerances

The locking flanges must have: - same diameter between them. - diameter not less than 1/3 of the saw blade diameter - perfect parallelism and good cleaning - the bore orthogonal to the support faces

Sharpening must be checked frequently and done as soon as the blades need maintenance keeping unchanged the original geometries and angles of the teeth.

Before starting please check carefully that: - the blade is perfectly locked on the machine spindle - the rotation speed ( RPM ) and direction is suitable for the use.
