HOT-MELT GLUE FOR EDGEBANDING. WATER WHITE.Filler-free, transparent adhesive for edge banding PVC, ABS, polyester, veneer and melamine.

SUGGESTED USES	Hot-melt adhesive free of fillers. Specially developed for the gluing of melamine edges , wood veneer, PVC ( 3 mm. ) or polyester over strip board in automatic edge banding machines. Its good melting stability, together with the absence of ashes or fillers, reduces the need of cleaning the machine glue pot. Its low density and free of fillers offer an output of 20 - 30% over the traditional hot-melt adhesives.

Temperature of materials to glue:	17 - 20°C
Humidity of materials to glue:	8 - 10%
Glue pot temperature:	190 - 210°C
Temperature of the roller applicator:	190 - 220°C
Machine speed:	> 10 m/min
STORAGE STABILITY	Product must be protected from sunlight and stored in dry places, keep away from extreme temperatures and heat sources . Between 5 and 35°C the product last for one year in perfect conditions.
	This product, like all the hot-melt adhesives, should not be submitted to overheating for a long time and specially when machine stops it is advised to decrease the temperature in the glue-pot. Good ventilation must be provided around machine, because bad odours and vapours may occur.
