SERVICE

Preventative Maintenance is more then greasing and oiling your machines though. A good preventative maintenance program anticipates the type of breakdowns you will likely have and takes steps to ensure they never happen. This can involve several maintenance procedures.

Service contracts available for single or multiple machines, on either a 3, 6 or 12 month basis.

Forza Machinery carry a full list of spare parts for our NikMann edgebanders in Melbourne, and we are even able to ship same day. This delivers you piece of mind and minimal down time should you find a part that ever need to be replaced. We also stock Grease, Oil, Blades, Cleaning Liquid, Glue and a large range of Knifes.

PRE-PLANNED SERVICING

Waiting for a machine to break down before acting is an expensive and time-consuming option to take. Our service packages will include an inspection for worn parts, machine cleaning and lubrication, resetting of bed-plates, fences + spindles and an after-service report providing a list of any defects and parts that may be required. All consumables (Oil, Grease etc.) and travel times are included in your service package price. We include health and safety recommendations to help ensure your equipment is operating safely and in compliance with WorkSafe Victoria.
